Here is the postal route for our new Thomas the Train set. It is an awesome toy, the whole family is fascinated with it. The only bad part is that it's so easy to lose those little balls.
Here is Elijah the piano genius! He really likes to sit there and play the piano, going
between pounding on the keys and gingerly playing one key. Then he turns around to see what Rowan is doing. This particular composition is called "I miss my cats".
Rowan and Elijah both love their hammocks and sleep really well in it. Recently, Rowan has learned to push his bottom up and down to make it wildly bounce. Whenever we open the door to his room, this is what we usually see!
We took the boys to "open swim" today at the pool and it was completely
empty. They did so well, many dips with no fussing and had generally an all
around good time! We'll have to do more open swim times in the future!
Elijah has been only going from sitting to stomach laying for the past week or so. Today he surprised us by taking a few crawling steps! So exciting! I'm sure by the time Michael sees him again, he will be zooming across the room. Rowan is still doing his commando crawl, but hopefully he will learn from Elijah how to do it properly.
So the boys have a funny way of eating their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. First, they take the pieces apart. Then they smash it against their face and bite a hole into each slice of bread. Then they maybe will eat the rest of it, maybe not. Whatever happens, it is a big mess.
