Child World/Children's Palace was a toy store until 1992. In 1990 they released a video catalog called "Video Toy Chest" with commercials and kid acters playing with the toys. Some parts of this are so corny its funny. Especially the rapper "Robo T" which probably stands for "Robo Trip" as in getting high off cough syrup.
WMVS Milwaukee (PBS) sign off from April 1999. Both WMVS and sister WMVT had the exact same sign off and logo except 10 was 10 and 36 was 36. They stopped signing off around 2001. This clip also includes the end of Jack Horkheimer Stargazer which was usually the last thing WMVS aired before signing off.
WVCY-TV (30) Milwaukee signs off from 12AM-9AM. Here is their Midnight sign off from 2001 into Access TV (Paid Programming) which Time Warner fills the space with during their off time.
