Even the little jumps are kick-face-awesome.
We jump... over trashcans and stumps to symbolize that you can be extreme in the place that God has you. You don't need to be a gymnastic to jump off a tree just the faith to believe if you've been told to jump by God, He will make you fly...yes, even over trashcans.
